VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT: Applications are invited from medical graduates for a one-year house job at Medical & Teaching Institution Hayatabad Medical Complex, Hayatabad Peshawar

HOUSE JOB POSITIONS

1. House Job (Reserved Seats)

Gender: Male / Female
No. of Slots: 03
Eligibility Criteria: Medical graduates of Public Sector Medical Colleges of Azad Jammu & Kashmir having domicile of KP and Newly merged districts.

2. House Job (Open Merit)

Gender: Male / Female
No. of Slots: 20
Eligibility Criteria: Medical graduates of Public, Private and Foreign Medical Colleges having domicile of KP and Newly merged districts followed by the Country.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Applications accompanied with complete academic record, domicile certificate along with 02 photographs and CNIC photocopy duly attested must reach the HR Department (House Job Section MTI-HMC) personally or through a registered courier service on or before Friday, 19th July, 2024 till 12:00 PM of the publication of this advertisement on a prescribed form.
The application form is available on the HMC website (www.hmckp.gov.pk) and must be submitted to the House Job Section MTI-HMC.
The applicants must have a valid PM&DC license/registration (or receipt of application of Registration to PM&DC).
Merit for AJ&K, Public and Private medical graduates will be determined based on their final year MBBS marks. For Foreign Medical Graduates, merit will be assessed based on their entire academic MBBS/MD marks.
The number of seats may be increased depending upon the availability of vacant / resigned seats.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
If the closing date fixed for the receipt of the application form falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date.
An application after the closing time and date shall stand rejected.
The House Job Committee members shall be competent to reject incomplete applications.
Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
No TA / DA will be provided for the test / interview.
