Position: Senior Manager BI Data Integration
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Help develop strategy to develop BI data lakes on Teradata DWH platform This position is responsible for owning and driving the technical innovation along with BI technologies. BI system is planned to be the core data engine of Ufone BI echo system. The purpose of this role is as follows.
- Undertake BI data Integration projects planned to develop Customer Experience Management framework.
- Plan initiatives for migrating data repositories from existing data warehouse to Big Data platform.
- Help develop strategy to develop data lakes on BI Data platform and develop a load balancing model for cold data management strategy
- Develop infrastructure strategy to balance BI Data cluster optimization and data collection processes
- Plan integration of Big Data platforms with incumbent tools like MSTR, Informatica and SAS.
- Designing star and snowflake schema models to support analytical reporting and business intelligence.
- Data pipelines seamless integration based on business rules for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading into data warehouse.
- Developing complex Informatica mappings using expressions, aggregators, filters, lookup, and stored procedures to ensure movement of the data between various applications.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- BI Data Model: Planning and strategizing BI Data placement in organization in collaboration with BSS Platforms and Vendors.
- Real Time Processing Framework: Develop and Implement real time stream with an objective to facilitate BTL campaigns for offer facilitation and reward computation.
- Big Data Integration with EDW Platform: Implement UDA architecture across BI and DWH environment with seamless integration for business user
- Vendor Management: collaboration with Ufone PMO and vendor PMO to draft project plans, scoping documents and track project progress.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
- 16 year of education is a must with 4 year of Information technology Bachelors is required.
- 8-10 years of DWH experience
- Telecom Business and TD CLDM understanding is must

Position: Senior Manager Capacity Plg & Optimization
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- The position is responsible for the capacity and life cycle planning, RFP preparation and evaluation, design and deployments of Business Support systems platforms.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Capacity Management of CBS, DPI/PCRF, EVC, Mediation, BVS: Capacity management of different NEs within BSSP domain. Traffic capacity management for high traffic special events/festivals.
- RFP preparation and Bid evaluation: For all the new Commercial Requirements and life cycle management of existing platforms.
- Preparation of Budget for: Budgeting CAPEX requirements according to forecasted traffic by Sales/Marketing/Finance/COPs teams.
- BSS Projects Deployments: Get deployment/expansion projects delivered in coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
- Development/Realization of new features on CBS/DPI/EVC platforms. POC testings for new features/requirements.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering or System Software Engineering, Masters in Information Technology.
Experience: relevant:
- Good understanding of Financial and budgeting terms.
