We’re looking for Retail & Trade Marketing Manager
Experience: Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in retail for reputable brands
Characteristics & Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Related field
- Have Existing Connections In Retail Industry
- Prior Experience In Running ATL And BTL Campaigns
- Knows Local Market And Consumers Well
- Team Management Skills
- Leadership Skills
- Relationship Building and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Communication And Persuasive Skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
Role & Responsibility:
- Sustain and creative new connections in the retail industry
- Hire and manage store Brand Ambassadors
- Scaling up retail business by at least 10x
- Responsible for increasing off-take from offline and all retail channels
- Implement guerrilla marketing strategies
- Negotiating pricing with vendors to ensure that products are sold at the best possible price
- Identifying potential new markets for the company’s products
- Managing the company’s relationship with suppliers, including negotiating contracts and managing inventory levels
- Monitoring competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Developing trade marketing campaigns and promotional strategies based on product features and target markets
- Generate trade marketing material to maximize off-take
- Developing trade marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand awareness
- Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets
- Meeting with store managers to discuss performance metrics and identify problem areas
- Analyzing data to identify opportunities for increasing store traffic and sales
- Run a team of multiple people across country
