TPL Security Services Pvt Ltd. is looking to hire a Senior Manager -Sales/Head of Sales for its Karachi office.

Requirements

5 years of experience (minimum) in B2B sales (experience in fintech will be a bonus)
Overall 8-10 years of relevant experience
Experience leading a sales team
Experience building a sales team (preferred)
Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
Entrepreneurial spirit and history of building relationships with new business partners

Responsibilities

Build, lead, coach, and train a growing sales team
Design and implement sales strategies to reach our revenue goals
Cultivate and maintain business relationships
Assist with the development of new products and new partnerships
Analyze opportunities for growth and initiate new ventures based on data
Manage the sales pipeline and process, from lead generation to negotiation and closing contracts
Establish qualifying and selection criteria for new joint venture partnerships

Experience:

The Head of Sales must have had at least 10 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working in the position of a Sales Manager.
The candidate must also have a proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation while displaying exceptional leadership skills and confidence. A suitable candidate will also have had experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches.

and of course the necessary Leadership/People Skills.
Graduate from a well known university ( masters will be preferred)
Preference will be given to candidates who are tech-savvy, worked in logistics, and understand the principles of digital marketing.
