Title: Policy Administration Officer-RWP (Operations/Data Entry)

Location: Rawalpindi
Education: Minimum Graduate
Experience: Fresh to 2 Years of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with regions and monitoring of policy surrender, partial, financial & non- financial endorsement.
- Verify physical documents.
- Monitoring of Reports and TATs and Preparation of MIS
- Verify working of Client Relationship Management and e-mail correspondence.
- Monitor Client Relationship Management closure of tickets.
- Uploading the data on Portal and working on online portal requests
- Sharing Premium deduction details of Credit Card Scheme policies
- Scrutiny of wrong deduction of premiums and refund to the actual customer
- Transfer of excess premium
- Supervision of Non-Financial Endorsements
- Issuance of Duplicate Policy Documents
Requirements:
- Presentable with Strong written and oral communication skills (especially in English)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
- Minimum Qualifications must be Graduate.
