Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Education: BSc/MSc in Psychology or BBA/MBA in Human Resources from a reputable business school
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to work within deadlines
Major Job Responsibilities:
- To develop approach towards talent management and succession planning
- Design and deliver relevant Personal Development Plans as per requirement
- To develop coaching, mentoring and secondment schemes to support staff development and the achievement of Personal Development Plans
- Create training strategies, initiatives and conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- To lead on the development of staff skills and knowledge database to maximize the diverse talents of the organization

Position: Quality Control Executive
Location: Karachi
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Education: P.h.a.r.m D/ BSc. / MSc. (Chemistry)
- Decision making ability and Trouble shooting skills
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing complete analysis of finish products, semi finish products Et stability testing
- Responsible for performing root cause analysis, laboratory investigations or full-scale investigation of any out of specifications results
- Assist in stability studies record keeping and record on time results in stability report sheet and filing
- Coordinate with quality assurance to raise deviation and change control if any procedure deviate from our approved written procedure
