Dolmen Group Jobs Junior Manager Procurement: Dolmen Group is looking for ‘Junior Manager – Procurement’ in its Procurement Department, located in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure Purchase Requisition provided by the user to be approved through approval matrix.
- To generate and issue purchase orders on AX dynamics for further processing subject to approval of line manager.
- Assisting supervisor in implementing Procurement policies and procedures (SOP).
- To evaluate vendors/suppliers based on quality and performance review based upon internal departments feedback.
- To get into negotiation with vendors upon pricing and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- To assist the supervisor in maximizing efficiency of the procurement function by achieving assigned targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4 – 5 years in core procurement assignments. (manufacturing industry background will be preferred.)
- Education: BBA/MBA (Supply Chain)
- Skills & capabilities: Vendor Management, Negotiation, Communication and knowledge related to taxation.
