Sr. Officer Corporate Affairs required in the Legal department of Faysal Bank, Karachi.
Main duties:
- Drafting of minutes within the given timelines.
- Dissemination/follow up/timely compliance of Board or Committee’s instructions.
- Maintain various MISs for both legal & company secretariat functions.
- Handle matters pertaining to the Board of Directors, Shareholders, Share Registrar & regulators including SECP, SBP & Stock Exchange.
- Assist Company Secretary & senior staff in complying with the relevant statutory & regulatory obligations & other rules & regulations of SECP, Stock Exchange including Corporate Governance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor (preferably in Law or Finance).
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience is mandate.
- Knowledge of legal drafting, procedures & principles.
- Excellent writing skills.
