REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelors/ Masters in Business, Finance, Law, or related discipline
Experience: 08-10 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or onboarding (preferably in PSO/PSP, fintech, or banking)

MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, including AML/CFT, PFMI, and onboarding customer and merchant requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for implementation of regulatory directives
- Liaise with regulators, and auditors during audits, inspections, and onboarding evaluations
- Ensure the Inspection and Audit report compliance and closure
- Coordinate with Legal, Risk, IT, and Operations teams to ensure end-to-end compliance coverage
- Review and monitor customer/merchant onboarding and KYC/CDD processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and MIS for KYC compliance, onboarding timelines, risk classification, and monitoring alerts
