Job Description:
- Conduct companywide TNA exercise, develop, and execute Training Calendar
- Facilitate external and internal trainers for their training execution
- Prepare companywide training plan and strategy in line with overall company goals
- Act as an advisor and liaison to Manager HR for introducing employee engagement activities
- To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the 1LINK to be a high performing organization
- To design and facilitate in-house and external events
- Facilitate in content writing for Annual Conference Arrangement
- Facilitate the Performance Appraisal Process
Job Requirements: Good Communication, and Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
