Position: Business Development Officer
Job Purpose: To generate SME sales along with individual post-paid and MBB connection selling.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned revenue targets (GSM, MBB & ESS Products) through SME/Individual Customers.
• Ensure execution of sales pipeline as per described process.
• Manage customer portfolio to increase the penetration within the existing customer accounts.
• Efficient use of Zong USPs as per the customer’s requirements.
• Efficient use of sales tools. Optimal use of discounts.
• Ensure correct customer information data for all customers on the portfolio.
• Carry out daily/weekly visits to new and existing customers.
• Prepare the requisite reports such as daily visit reports, weekly visit plans, and weekly sales forecasts.
• Ensure contract signing of business customers.

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Position: Sr. Executive IT Data Management & Data Science

Job Type: Permanent

Job Purpose: This position is very critical to help business with commercial decision making for pricing evaluations, business case development, BTL frameworks and product Analysis through data visualizations/MSTR Reports/dashboards. Self-Service BI will also be enriched/customized to allow business extract data analysis directly From BI systems. BIG data enablement and its reporting are also key dependencies from this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop MicroStrategy (MSTR) reporting access layer and schema modelling. Self-Service BI requires to be enriched/customized to enable business team accessing data directly in most efficient manner through MSTR.
• Design and develop MicroStrategy reports and dashboards: in order to support with complex business data analysis, customized MSTR reports /dashboards will need to be build for various commercial projects
• Strong business communication: The core of this role is to interact with the commercial teams to understand their business questions /challenges and deliver the required insights or data accurately while defining solid parameters and associated business rules.
• Design and develop MicroStrategy visual analytics and mobile dashboards: to facilitate business analytics initiatives for variety of projects, mobile dashboards and visual analytics will need to be extended to carry out commercial trend analysis
• MicroStrategy Administration and Narrowcast development: These involve number of admin tasks including MSTR user creation, access management, application level tuning, log deciphering, reports/dashboard automation etc.
• Design Adhoc business reports using optimized Teradata SQL and perform data reconciliations/verification: The data analysis requests may be for variety of reasons such as pricing evaluation, product assessment, customer profiling, revenue/subscriber decline etc. The business reports will be generated from all available sources of the Data warehouse, after conducting possible checks.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any other relevant degree will be preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in relevant BI domain will be preferred.
• Preferably MSTR certified.
