Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for all major KPIs of Sales, Revenue, Business Development, Mobile Broadband, Trade Visibility, Channel Universe Development.
  • Responsible for cell sites utilization in that particular grid.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Concentrate on revenue growth from 3G, 4G sales including handset sales by deploying new smartphone shops. and enhance the quality of existing retailers/ smartphone shops.
  • To ensure quality of gross adds, 3G/4G gross adds.
  • To ensure Channel Expansion (SIM Selling, ML, VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, Postpaid) by identification of high potential areas within the grid.
  • Ensure that timely purchase orders are placed by Franchises to ensure availability of stock at all times.

Customer Services

  • Handle end to end Complaint Management, CSI Monitoring, Quality Assurance and customer experience management at franchise.
  • Visibility: Coordinate for trade marketing activities regarding Brand Visibility, BTL activities, trade promotions, Market Splash, Company Product visibility, channel awareness, business development and special events in the territory.

Planning

  • Identify un-tapped areas in the assigned territory and guide teams to increase retail penetration.
  • Guide BDOs in planning sales routes.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecast for Sims, scratch cards, Mini load & Recharge on daily / weekly / monthly / basis for effective sales planning.
  • Plan with Regional Sales Head localized sales promos in areas of low sales performance and low network utilization.

Team Management & Supervision

  • Ensure that staff and retailers are fully trained and equipped with company product knowledge.
  • To make periodic visits to the market and ensure stock availability in the entire territory.
  • To ensure that the channel partners stay abreast with all the developments in terms of SOP’s, discipline, Targets and Trade Promotions.

Merchandising

  • Responsible for availability of POS material at the outlets.

Business Development

  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Channel teams regarding BTL activities, trade promotions, business development and special events in the grid.

Collaboration with Technical Team

  • Close collaboration with technology team in region for optimum utilization of network resources such as OPEX, Sites Availability, LTE High Utilization & 3G/4G Accessibility.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree from a reputable university. However MBA Degree will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Responsible for selling Fixed broadband products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), Cloud computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT Solutions to B2B segments.
  • Work closely with the technical teams to devise technical solutions as per client expectations and requirements.
  • Seeking new business ventures; identifying competitive edge and developing customized solutions for the Corporate Sector.
  • Bringing revenue-generating customers on board.
  • Generating more sales from the existing clients and ensuring their confidence levels remain intact to make them stay on board by giving them quality customer service

New Business Development:

  • Meeting monthly sales targets as approved by Management.
  • Exploring and driving new growth venues through existing client base.
  • Build new business relationships.
  • Timely identification of problems and duly managing customer service establishments that lead to new referrals and fresh activation.

Revenue:

  • Revenue assurance as per management-assigned targets.

  • To keep a regular track of corporate activation/disconnections along with reasons.
  • Formulate strategies for customer retention and prevention of churn to other competitors taking necessary action to resolve service, billing, or any other issues that may cause customer dissatisfaction.

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for mainly Fixed Voice and additionally Fixed data products and will also lead the development & Life cycle management of Fixed Line products. This is a specifically designed Techno-commercial role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fixed voice products strategic planning to retain significant position among fixed voice and digital industry players
  • Managing fixed voice portfolio commercially and technically for Partnerships and Solutions, SIP and PR in close liaison with Sales, Engineering, Regional ESS and other support teams.
  • Managing fixed data portfolio commercially and technically for Partnerships and Solutions, DIA, DPLC, IPLC, Shared Internet in close liaison with Sales, Engineering, Regional ESS and other support teams.
  • Close liaison working with NP, NOMC, CBSC, RESS, IT, Finance, Legal, Regulatory and other stakeholders regarding Fixed products support and compliance related matters
  • End to end design, feasibility analysis, pricing and commercial launch of new products related to fixed domain.
  • Fixed products pricing
  • Partnership and alliances management for growth in revenue of fixed portfolio
  • Industry needs analysis, customer feedback, surveys and competitors’ analysis
  • Driving sales teams by devising area wise product market plan, pricing, monetization and positioning strategy

  • Ensuring Sales Kit Preparation including Sales collateral, Digital media, sales videos and training, product user manuals
  • Yearly, quarterly and monthly Business planning for fixed voice products (including industry use cases, segment identification, business areas)Customers visit for customized solutions designing and special requirements
  • Liaison with LEAs, PTA, CCP and other government and regulatory bodies in coordination with legal and regulatory teams for products related issues and projects

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • BS in Telecom Engineering or Computer Science

Work Experience:

  • 6-8 years telecom industry hands-on experience in fixed line voice and data networks
  • 3-4 years of commercial experience will be preferred (Product Development / Presales)

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Knowledge of GSM/3G/4G/Fixed Line technology
  • Knowledge of Internet Networks, LAN Networks, IPLC & DPLC Architectures, MPLS & MPLS VPNs, SD-WAN, IDC etc.
  • Sound understanding of PTA FLL/WLL provisions & compliance
  • Understanding of VOIP Linux Based systems
  • Troubleshooting/Escalation of VoIP related issues, Call Routing, In-bound/Out-bound call processing, Debug PSTN and PBX issues in analog, ISDN environments and Circuit problems
  • Troubleshooting/Escalation of Internet gateways, IP Core and transmission networks, traffic flows and deployment
