Ziauddin University is seeking applicants for the Position of JUNIOR EXAMINATION OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain examination schedules.
• Communicate exam schedules, policies, and procedures to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the inventory of examination materials.
• Manage logistics for examination materials, including distribution and collection.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of examination-related documentation.
• Conduct examination invigilation duties.
• Manage the scanning and processing of examination answer scripts.
• Keep records of examination documents.
• Provide support in various tasks assigned by senior examination officers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of qualification).
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exhibit proficiency in computing, including a comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate dedication to upholding the integrity of academic examinations.

Experience:
