CAREER OPPORTUNITY DEPUTY CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS
Ziauddin University is inviting experienced and enthusiastic individuals to become part of our team as Deputy Controller of Examinations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a master’s degree with a background in computing, business, or management.
- Demonstrate digital competency with modern trends in assessments.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have strong knowledge of examination software and results automation.
- Serve as a proficient examination trend strategist.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of the examination cycle to ensure seamless operations.
- Innovate assessment systems and methodologies, aligning them with advancements in information technology.
- Efficiently manage day-to-day examination operations, optimizing processes for effectiveness.
- Maintain and manage all records related to examinations, including communications and documents.
- Uphold and enforce the standards and ethics of examination conduct as outlined in institutional policies.
- Supervise invigilators during examinations with precision and adherence to protocols.
- Stay abreast of contemporary trends in e-assessments to inform assessment strategies.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders involved in the examination process to streamline operations and overcome any potential challenges that may arise during the examinations.
- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the smooth conduct of examinations, including schedules, disciplines, and logistics.
- Contribute to specialized assignments, particularly those involving technology-centric initiatives, pioneering projects, and additional designated responsibilities.
EXPERIENCE:
- 10 years of experience in a reputable national/international institution/university.
