We’re hiring Associate / Senior Associate – HR Payroll Management Karachi, Pakistan
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 2-3 years experience of core payroll processing that includes; but not limited to; HR time & attendance management, leaves management, arrears & deduction calculations, final settlement and bonus calculations etc. Should also be familiar with other HR Operational matters e.g. confirmation, medical benefit management, employee record keeping, monthly HR reporting, 3PL invoicing, etc.
- Education: Bachelors / Masters in Business or Public Administration or related qualification from any reputable institution.
- Technical Skills: Excellent MS Excel skills. Power BI/ SAP experience will be a plus.
