Minimum experience: 2-3 years in Marketing & Sales (P.h.a.r.m.a Industry)
Location: Head Office – Lahore
Job Description:
- Conceive, develop and execute promotional campaigns (detail aids, gifts/giveaways, and other material) in time as planned in annual and quarterly plans and achieve or exceed sales targets of assigned products within allocated resources.
- Visit the customers along with field force to ensure the implementation of strategies and to have firsthand customer feedback for future planning (market research). Also develop Key Opinion Leaders to enhance company’s image.
- Develop annual marketing plans for the assigned products in line with overall business unit and company objectives.
- Develop tactical/quarterly plan (POA) in line with annual marketing plan.
- Coordinate with field force to plan and execute scientific and academic activities.
- Seek new market opportunities within the business unit’s distinctive competence (premarketing analysis).
- Impart training to field force about the assigned products.
- Keep liaison with field force to help them on technical and operational issues.
- Any other Marketing and Sales related task assigned by the management.
- Financial Responsibility
- This position is responsible to prepare and monitor promotional plan while remaining within the approved budget for the assigned product. Also responsible and accountable for return on investment (ROI) of all promotional activities done in the Business Unit.
