Position: Workforce Analyst
- Responsible for the accuracy of forecasting (call volume and staffing)
- Accountable for monitoring service levels, call volumes, and agent adherence and taking corrective action as needed
- Ensure schedules are accurately produced and validated
- Complete projects for the call centers as needed
- Ensure policies and procedures are been followed.
- Manage daily activities
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operating efficiency, timeliness and workflow coordination
- Other duties as per requirement.
- Must be committed to be available on 24×7 bases to meet the requirement of Contact Center
Qualification & Experience: Minimum graduation & work experience of 1 year in contact center
