Position: Supervisor Contact Center 
Location: Islamabad

Job Summary:

  • Maintaining SLA ,Efficiency and Floor decorum 
  • Interviews for hiring contact center executives.
  • Ensuring agents understand and comply with all contact center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
  • Answering agent To Conduct initial questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.
  • Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
  • Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
  • Preparing Quantitative reports, Live Call Monitoring and analyzing data to assist management as they determine contact center goals.
  • Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the management with any assignment that comes up.

Qualification & Experience: Minimum graduation & work experience of 1 year in contact center
