Position: Supervisor Contact Center
- Maintaining SLA ,Efficiency and Floor decorum
- Interviews for hiring contact center executives.
- Ensuring agents understand and comply with all contact center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
- Answering agent To Conduct initial questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.
- Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
- Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
- Preparing Quantitative reports, Live Call Monitoring and analyzing data to assist management as they determine contact center goals.
- Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Assist the management with any assignment that comes up.
Qualification & Experience: Minimum graduation & work experience of 1 year in contact center
