JOB OPPORTUNITIES – WAPDA Medical Services: Applications are invited from suitable/eligible candidates for the following Specialist positions in WAPDA Medical Services on a contract (lumpsum pay package) basis.

- Medical Specialist – 05
- Consultant Peads – 02
- Surgical Specialist / Surgeon – 05
- ENT Specialist – 02
- Eye Specialist – 09
- Gynecologist – 08
- Radiologist – 06
- Anesthetist – 04
- Cardiologist – 05
- Cardiac Physician – 01
- Dermatologist – 03
- Medical Oncologist – 01
- Sr. Registrar for Gynae – 05
- Sr. Registrar for Peads – 06
- Sr. Registrar for Anesthesia – 03
- Sr. Registrar for Cardiology – 06
- Sr. Registrar (Medical, Surgical, Urology & Ward) – 04
Qualification & Experience:
- For Specialists: FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomate of American Board or equivalent qualification in the respective specialty, recognized by PMDC, with 3 to 6 years of practical and professional experience after post-graduation in a recognized institution.
- For Senior Registrars:
- Same qualifications as above
- OR MBBS with MCPS / Diploma in a relevant specialty with 3 years of post-qualification experience in a recognized institution.
Age Limit:
- Specialists: 45 years
- Senior Registrars: 40 years
Tenure:
- Contract-based (Lumpsum Pay Package)
- Initial contract of 1 year, extendable based on performance
- No regularization or age adjustment
General Conditions & Instructions:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews (No TA/DA).
- WAPDA employees with 2+ years of continuous service on the closing date of applications are eligible for 10 years of age relaxation.
- General age relaxation is included in the age limits mentioned.
- Three years of age relaxation is available for Minorities, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas, Gilgit-Baltistan & Azad Kashmir.
- Retired/discharged candidates on disciplinary grounds are not eligible.
- Educational degrees must be verified from HEC-recognized institutions.
- Candidates must apply through proper channels (Government employees require NOC).
