Director (Security)

• Grade (BPS): 19
• Number of Posts: 01
• Place of Posting: Anywhere in WAPDA
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Retired Colonel / Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent rank from Armed Forces.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 52 Years.

Director (Vigilance)

• Grade (BPS): 19
• Number of Posts: 02
• Place of Posting: Anywhere in WAPDA
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Retired Lt. Colonel or equivalent rank from Armed Forces.
  • Qualification of Intelligence Staff Course (ISC) / Officer Basic Intelligence Course (OBIC).
  • Minimum 08 years’ experience in intelligence duties in the field.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 52 Years.

Deputy Director (Security)

• Grade (BPS): 18
• Number of Posts: 05
• Place of Posting: Formations within Pakistan
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Retired officers of the Armed Forces of the rank of Major or equivalent.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant field experience.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.

Deputy Director (Vigilance)

• Grade (BPS): 18
• Number of Posts: 03
• Place of Posting: Formations within Pakistan
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Retired Major or equivalent rank from Armed Forces.
  • Qualification of Intelligence Staff Course (ISC) / Officer Basic Intelligence Course (OBIC).
  • Minimum 08 years’ experience in intelligence duties in the field.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.

Important Notes

• The appointment will initially be on a 3-year contract basis, extendable based on performance and organizational requirements.
• Advertisements published on 14.11.2024 (Vigilance Officers) and 20.11.2024 (Security Officers) are withdrawn.

General Conditions & Instructions

1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews (no TA/DA provided).
2. Age will be calculated as of the last date of application submission (no age relaxation allowed).
3. Original documents must be presented during the interview.
4. Applicants dismissed or terminated on disciplinary grounds are not eligible.
5. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
6. Bogus information or documents will result in termination at any stage.
7. The applicant must be medically and physically fit.
8. Project allowance is admissible for postings at project locations.
9. Contract-based services will not be regularized.
10. WAPDA reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process.

How to Apply

1. Visit the OTS website (www.ots.org.pk) for registration and application submission within 15 days of this advertisement.
2. Pay a test fee of Rs. 200/- via Bank Alfalah, HBL, or ABL using the downloadable challan from the OTS website.
3. Specify the post you are applying for.
4. Submit the prescribed application form along with:
   • Attested copies of educational documents, domicile, CNIC, retirement orders, experience certificates, and SOS/SOD.
   • Two recent passport-sized photographs and the original bank challan.
   • Send via courier or Pakistan Post to:
     Manager Operations (WAPDA), Open Testing Service, Office No. 1, Central Avenue, Bahria Town, Phase-VI, Islamabad.
5. Roll number slips and test details will be communicated through OTS text messages and the website.
