Position: PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
Job Description
- Lead daily production activities and manage a large team.
- Resolve operational issues and drive corrective actions for human/process errors.
- Improve Appearance, Main Function KPIs, efficiency, and quality results.
- Control production loss; ensure proper material flow, WO closure, and WIP accuracy.
- Review and analyze production data; implement improvements.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Skills Required
- Technical knowledge in electronic manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection techniques.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and project management skills to lead and execute projects successfully.
- Good Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills.
- Hands on experience of Microsoft Office & ERP Oracle.
- Must be fluent in English Language (Speaking & Writing).
- Adopt and utilize systems like Excel, WMS, MES, BPM, ERP.
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical from a recognized university.
- Experience: 1-2 years of work experience.
