Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in Textile Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of product development experience, specializing in sample execution and customization in the denim industry.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Execute sample plans aligned with business and marketing needs.
- Lead product construction, material selection, and seasonal collections.
- Ensure clear, timely communication with marketing and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records of product development and documentation.
- Collaborate with production to deliver samples from concept to completion.
- Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain quality efficiently.
- Operate project management tools and software proficiently.
- Apply seasonal trend analysis and customization in product development.
