Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in Textile Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of product development experience, specializing in sample execution and customization in the denim industry.

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Execute sample plans aligned with business and marketing needs.
• Lead product construction, material selection, and seasonal collections.
• Ensure clear, timely communication with marketing and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of product development and documentation.
• Collaborate with production to deliver samples from concept to completion.
• Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain quality efficiently.
• Operate project management tools and software proficiently.
• Apply seasonal trend analysis and customization in product development.
