Position: Assistant Manager Electrical
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a renowned university.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance and utilities operations within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all utility electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor and maintain transformers, MV/LV systems, MCC panels, and power distribution networks.
- Supervise electrical, AC, and motor rewinding workshop activities.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for utility equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical best practices.
- Support installation, commissioning, and execution of utility-related projects.
- Manage maintenance staff and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Control maintenance costs while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Prepare maintenance reports and communicate critical issues to management.
