Role Overview:

As a Shop Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring top-tier customer service, efficient management, and smooth business operations. You’ll inspire the team to meet sales goals, foster a positive environment, and keep the store running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
• Lead, mentor, and train the sales team.
• Drive sales by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and setting targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Oversee visual merchandising and maintain store standards.
• Handle cash management, store security, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
