𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Able to perform recruitment activities independently and as per provided guidelines
- Perform the induction process & employee engagement activities
- Maintain and update the digital employee database in FlowHCM
- Manage & process employee attendance and payroll
- Maintain organized HR records
- Process monthly statuary payments & all related activities (EOBI, SESSI & PESSI)
- Perform other day to day general HR operations
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Sound knowledge of recruitment & HR operations is mandatory to be eligible for this role
- Hands-on experience and comprehensive command of FlowHCM, specifically in Payroll, Attendance and Core HR modules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) - Strong collaboration skills and a good team player
𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:
▪️2-3 years of proven working experience in HR department
▪️BBA / MS / MBA (with majors in HRM)
