📌 Position: Senior Officer – Governance & Strategic Monitoring

Role Summary
The selected candidate will support governance operations, monitor strategic initiatives, coordinate with academic and administrative departments, and prepare analytical reports to support informed decision-making by the Board of Governors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate governance activities and follow up on Board and committee decisions
- Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives and institutional priorities
- Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and governance documentation
- Liaise with departments to track action items and institutional performance
- Consolidate institutional data and ensure timely reporting
- Support compliance monitoring and governance processes
- Maintain records, agendas, minutes, resolutions, trackers, and policy documents
- Identify risks and support governance improvements
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Education:
- Minimum 16 years of education
💼 Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
Required Skills
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
✅ Analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
✅ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
