1. | Examination Coordinator | COE Office | * Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized University/Institute.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience. Preference will be given to those candidates having hands-on experience in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• The purpose of this position is to organization in terms of running daily administrative operations and tasks.
• Preparation of the examination date sheet in accordance with university policies and academic requirements.
• Development of detailed examination seating plans for students, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Overseeing the smooth conduct of examinations, maintaining integrity and adherence to exam regulations.
• Effective coordination with faculty members to address and resolve date sheet-related issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with faculty coordinators to address date sheet-related matters.
• Organize the office and assist the immediate Supervisor and Head of the concerned department to optimize work processes.
• Sort and administer assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain trusting relationships within the COE Office and with other departments.
• Assist in resolving office-related malfunctions and respond positively to requests and issues.
• All other tasks assigned by the superiors.
