We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operator – Flexo to support our flexographic printing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

🔍 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

🔹Assist the operator in setting up the Miraflex flexographic printing machine, including loading and preparing materials, inks, and print plates.
🔹Help with ink mixing and ensure all supplies are stocked and ready for production.
🔹Monitor the printing process to ensure machines run smoothly and at optimal performance.
🔹Adjust machine settings under the operator’s supervision based on job specifications and quality standards.
🔹Conduct quality checks for color consistency, registration, and ink application, reporting any issues to the operator.
🔹Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of the machines, ensuring high operational standards.
🔹Clean print plates, rollers, and other machine parts during and after production runs.
🔹Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
🔹Collaborate with machine operators and team members to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime.
🔹Support operators in troubleshooting minor issues during production.
🔹Help maintain accurate records of materials used, production times, and job completion details.

🛠 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

🔹2 years of experience in a manufacturing or printing environment.
🔹DAE or equivalent (technical training or certifications are a plus).
🔹Strong willingness to learn about flexographic printing and machine operation.
🔹Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
🔹Attention to detail, particularly in checking print quality and machine performance.
🔹Ability to lift and carry materials and supplies as needed.
🔹Commitment to following safety protocols and compliance with safety standards.
