- Job Title: MANAGER – ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION
Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation to lead plant maintenance and ensure uninterrupted operations at our manufacturing facility.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead preventive & proactive maintenance of electrical and industrial electronic systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of plant power systems and electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, drives, motors, instrumentation, hydraulics & pneumatics.
- Develop and implement maintenance checklists (daily to quarterly).
- Ensure availability of critical electrical spares to minimize downtime.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety & ISO standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: B.E/ M.E in Electrical or Electronics.
- Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in the same position.
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge of PLCs, VSDs, AC/Servo Motors & power systems.
- Soft Skills: Good leadership, team management, communication, and presentation skills.
