Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (ACCA / CMA part-qualified preferred).
- Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance within the textile or manufacturing industry.
Skills
- Strong experience in greige yarn accounting, inventory management, and stock reconciliation.
- Sound knowledge of inventory costing methods and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production, stores, and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance and accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
- Oversee and control financial aspects of greige yarn procurement, inventory, and stock valuation.
- Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory reconciliation with warehouse and production teams.
- Ensure accurate stock accounting, cost allocation, and inventory adjustments in ERP systems.
- Perform regular inventory audits and coordinate with stores and operations for stock verification.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial and inventory audits.
