Are you an accomplished Operations Leader with a robust background in the FMCG industry? Unity Foods Group of Companies is searching for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join the team as Head of Operations.

We’re looking for someone with:

A Master’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration (particularly Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in operations or production leadership roles within the FMCG sector, specifically in a manufacturing or high-speed packaging environment.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, health & safety regulations in the food and FMCG industry.
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality control standards, strategic thinking and adaptability to a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Expertise in supply chain management, including logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, excellent communication, interpersonal skills and sound decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Robust financial acumen, especially in managing budgets and controlling costs.
