Branch Manager

We are looking for a results – driven Branch Managers who can lead the branch team to achieve financial core targets, mobilise deposits, facilitate digital migration and cross-sell, address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure positive and long-term customer relationships.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as Branch Manager.

Age Limit: Under 45 years

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a HEC recognized University

Location: Across Pakistan

Relationship Manager – Retail

A Relationship Manager’s role includes delivering exceptional services to customers, achieving the assigned sales targets, managing key customer relationships, and acquiring new customers to grow the branch business.

Qualification  

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a HEC Recognised University.       
• Minimum 1 year of experience as RM – Retail or in a similar capacity.

Age Limit: Under 35 years

We’re on the lookout for seasoned Branch Banking professionals who have recently retired from a leading bank – preferably as a Branch Manager or Relationship Manager – with a proven track record of success in managing deposit product portfolios in Conventional or Islamic Banking.

Eligibility Criteria      

• Retired between Dec 2019 – Jul 2022  
• Experience in Branch Banking is mandatory
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any NEC recognized university

This position is on Bank Contract which is renewable on annual basis, based on performance.
