Job Purpose: To direct utility maintenance activities and personnel in the manufacturing facility

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance of facility, refrigeration system, warehouse, freezer and infrastructure equipment (boilers, air compressors, hot & cold water systems, cip systems, etc.) to include daily scheduling, planning and review of work and PMs for utility mechanics to allow seven day/week 24-hour coverage of the systems and facility.
Leads PSM program for site and is, with TPM/Maintenance Mgr, main point of contact for audits from regulatory agencies.
Leads Spare Parts function / operation at site
Support both capital and in-plant project work
Provide technical support to mechanics as required
Maintain critical spare parts program
Ensure all PMs related to refrigeration systems and the regulatory programs are up to date and complete
Maintain P&ID drawings for the refrigeration systems; help ensure accuracy and update as necessary
Work to achieve “Zero” accidents by taking a leadership role in safety
Investigate and identify root causes of accidents, quality holds or environmental non-compliance utilizing the TPM RCA process in order to prevent recurrence of similar incidents
Maintain leak logs, relief valve logs, etc.
Maintain water treatment system for boilers and condensers with help of outside vendor
Maintain plant system, e.g., fire sprinkler system, security systems, paging systems, etc.
Manage any non-capital projects that require outside contractors or vendors

What do you need to succeed:

Education & Experience

A minimum of bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/chemical engineering
3-4 years of related experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
Applied knowledge in ammonia/ refrigeration systems, boilers, air compressors

Job Purpose: Our Uniops team is embarking on an exciting journey as this role is responsible for leading the Workplace Services strategy and execution and be accountable for the day to day delivery of Workplace Services in line with established service levels and service line strategy. The services scope of this role includes primarily Facilities Management and in house FM Contractor management (both soft and technical services but excluding technical services inside the production areas of our Sourcing Unit (SC). The services scope will also include some activities across the other Workplace Services areas (Real Estate, Travel & Fleet, Project and Agile Working).

Job Responsibilities:

Be accountable for day-to-day service delivery in KHI Head Office in line with established service levels, whether provided by a third party or in house by Unilever.
Lead Workplace organizational and service delivery which consists of 4 direct subordinates.
Manage day to day operations together with in house contractor and several service providers for facility management, cleaning services, catering, and fleet/pick up services.
Partnering with business leaders in providing the best workplace experiences and operations
Set up the strategy for all in-house FM contractors and services provider and monitor their service delivery level.
Align safety operations with the safety team to ensure smooth execution
Ensuring all company governance and controls in all Workplace related processes.
Cost keeper for in-house contractor and services provider in line with the business needs
Negotiating all cost structure with in-house contractor and services provider and crafting the business agreement in yearly basis
Driving workplace related change initiatives through communication with employees
Facilitate regular performance reviews with service providers and/or insourced operations teams with geography leadership teams, holding both the supplier(s) and the client accountable for their part in successful delivery.
Build and maintain positive working relationship with service providers and other key stakeholders.
Responsible for facility management for KHI head office, KHI and HYD Regional offices
Support to manage all international visitors and their visa process.

Experience & Qualification:

Min 4 years’ experience working in General Affair, Facility management, and/or relevant industry/experiences, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing.
Experience in management of third-party service providers
Experience in managing insourced operations team.
Experience in engaging key senior level stakeholders along with proven ability to influence and manage relationships with those stakeholders.
Have experience in Project Management and Change Management
Have leadership capability to create and lead internal & external team (in house contractor and services provider)
Able to manage cost control and budgeting.
Strong communicator proven with fluent oral and written communication skills
