WE’RE HIRING Manager Accounts & Finance
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead our financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting practices, financial planning, and budgeting processes.
Qualification Required
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. (ACCA/CA/ICMA preferred)
Experience Required
7-8 Years experience. At least 2-3 Years in similar capacity
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Consolidation and liaising with internal departments and group companies.
- Cash flow management.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including taxation, audits, and corporate laws.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely audits and reviews.
- Handle bank dealings, reconciliations, and financial institutions.
- Analyze financial data to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Manage a team of accountants and finance staff.
