Tri-Pack Films Limited is hiring a Business Controller for their Port Qasim Plant in Karachi.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible as a Finance Business Partner to the Plant, providing financial forecasting, operational profitability analyses, and financial reporting recommendations needed to drive productivity, operational excellence, and achieve business objectives.
- Understand business, economic, and environmental drivers of Actual results versus Operating Plan and share timely financial forecasts.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement of plant financial performance, including efficiency, energy, and Variable Manufacturing Cost (VMC) savings/gains.
- Validate plant financial data, KPIs, and production information while maintaining a strong internal control environment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 05-07 years of experience in Corporate Finance at a Manufacturing Plant
- Strong grip on Accounting Standards (IFRS) and Accounting Principles
- Solid analytical accounting skills (incl. full cost formula, standard cost, industrial variances, understands the link between physical and accounting flows)
- Well versed in Financial Modeling/Forecasting Techniques
- Corporate Governance and Risk Management
- MS Office – Intermediate level proficiency (esp. MS Excel)
- Know-how of SAP Financial Module (FI-CO) preferred
- Soft Skills: Strong Communication & Presentation Skills, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Ability to multitask, Project Management, Proactive, Team Work, Cohesive, Managing Stakeholders, Persuasive, and Innovative
