𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
- Be the first point of contact for customers — helping, guiding, and resolving.
- Upsell and cross-sell GPON network products and services.
- Handle financial queries and billing tasks.
- Track KPIs and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain reporting and cash reconciliation records.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
- 1+ year experience in GPON/DSL/WiMAX/HTTF/GSM.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
