𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
- Monitor and investigate network security events, DDoS attacks & traffic anomalies
- Analyze network traffic, bandwidth trends, protocols & suspicious activities
- Coordinate DDoS response, mitigation, escalation & customer impact analysis
- Perform RCA by correlating security events, alarms & incidents
- Support vulnerability assessment, network hardening, DR, audits & compliance
- Develop security runbooks, incident response procedures & escalation workflows
- Identify network security risks and drive infrastructure improvements
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
- Strong knowledge of 𝗧𝗖𝗣/𝗜𝗣, 𝗜𝗣𝘃𝟰/𝗜𝗣𝘃𝟲, routing & switching
- Hands-on knowledge of 𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗦, 𝗟𝟯𝗩𝗣𝗡, 𝗩𝗥𝗙, 𝗜𝗦𝗣 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲/𝗘𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗕𝗚𝗣
- Understanding of 𝗗𝗗𝗼𝗦, traffic monitoring, network security & BGP security
- Knowledge of vulnerability assessment, hardening & security compliance
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Telecom, Electrical Engineering, Information Security or related field
- 𝗦𝟯–𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in ISP/Telecom, IP Network or Network Security Operations
- CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIS, Security+, Cyber Ops or equivalent certifications preferred
