Qualification: Chinese Language Course from an accredited institute
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a translator, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in translating various types of content.
Responsibilities:
•Translate written materials, including documents, reports, emails, and marketing collateral, from English to Chinese and vice versa.
•Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in translated content, maintaining the tone and style of the original text.
•Conduct research and consult with subject matter experts to ensure accurate translation of technical or specialized terminology.
•Work with Chinese Team members and interpret the conversations, reports and presentations.
•Proofread and edit translated documents to ensure linguistic accuracy, grammar, and punctuation.
•Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
•Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate translations under tight deadlines.
