TPL Life Insurance Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager for Karachi .
The candidate will help promote and enhance the image of TPL Life and its group companies to achieve a holistic corporate vision with a strong positioning in all our markets.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Bachelors / Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing) having 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in well-established organizations / Insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Critical thinking with outstanding attention to detail.
- Exceptional writing & presentation skills.
- Formulate and execute a promotional plan for TPL Life’s IPO using Print, Digital, Web & PR mediums in liaison with cross functional teams.
- Develop product innovation and 360 degree marketing plan with new launches and initiatives
- Plan and execute multiple BTL activities.
- Lead and streamline PR and commercial activities for TPL Life.
- Release multiple press conferences along with influencer drives per quarter with help from content and PR team, lock a PR calendar and ensure one press release every week.
- Maintain existing partnerships and locking new corporate as well as government level partnerships.
- Establish a strong digital presence via influencer networking by planning and executing quarterly analyst briefing sessions, corporate events, CSR Drives, Journalist/ Blogger Meet ups.
- Enhance corporate brand equity for all stakeholders mainly governments based prospects/partners.
- Establish TPL Life as industry leader in local/international market.
