Job Title: Junior Executive Administration

Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant working experience with fleet and transport management

Responsibilities include:
· Monitor/coordinate arrivals/departures of staff transport fleets.
· Arrange timely special transport arrangements for foreigner guests, picnics, events etc.
· Transport arrangements for overtime staff during off days/holidays & C-Shift staff.
· Look after transport arrangements at special company events i.e. Family Day, QCC Convention, Dealer Conference etc.
· Ensure availability of transport at the time of Jumma Prayers (only on Fridays).
· Routes confirmation and assign transport routes to newly appointed staff & ATMs with adjustment of routes.
· Coordinate transport in case of bad law & order situation in the city.
· Handling issues related to staff transport (i.e. maintenance, accident, general complaints).
· Investigate any abnormality / incident with staff/driver/transporter and put facts/findings report with incharge.
· Carry out shifting/transfers of staff on requests and re-shuffle routes as per requirement
· Shuffle coordinators & routes staff on as & when requirement basis.
· Maintain transport billing records (electronic / files) and keep transport routes & data updated at all times.
· Ensure timely processing / payment of bills (staff transport, special arrangements, events etc.)
· Keep record of inspections and complaints received against vehicles.
· Responsible for company transport in case of any time change on different occasions Ramzan, day light saving & normal days etc.
· Any other task assigned by the sectional/departmental head.
