· Plan & develop a marketing calendar for the year, listing month on month marketing activities along with KPIs, main objective is to drive customers at Toyota Dealerships by building on brand trust.
· Execute all activities finalized in the marketing calendar, which includes:
· Marketing agency management
· Timely execution of campaign on all mediums
· Campaign tracking
· Results reporting
· To explore new business initiatives to generate additional revenue stream for the company – Bundled products, 3rd party collaborations, etc.
· Develop and execute BTL customer retention strategies to increase CPUS and achieve targets by designing targeted BTL activities.
· Expand network reach by providing quality service to customers and monthly customer satisfaction kaizens and survey implementation nationwide to achieve customer delight
· Plan, develop, execute, and strengthen Kaizen activities for dealer staff development and motivation. (e.g., CSKE, SGAs, etc.)
