Responsibilities include:
· Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives aligned with business needs
· Conduct training need analysis to identify skill and capability gaps
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training partners for program execution
· Facilitate in-house sessions on functional, behavioral, and leadership topics
· Manage learning systems e.g., LMS and extract monthly reports for department follow ups for completion of training programs
· Support career development, talent acceleration, and leadership development programs
· Lead Employee Engagement Surveys, focus groups and action plans
· Analyze learning data to provide insights and improve program outcomes
