We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Customer First Department (Value Chain)
Qualification: Minimum Education BBA / MBA – Marketing
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
Responsibilities include:
To plan, implement and monitor the strategy for structured and competitive Aftersales Products in Retail
To ensure the utilization of communication channels for both retail and B2
To work in close coordination Vehicle Marketing to Develop an integrated aftersales communication including long term goals and short term campaigns
To develop and implement product offerings that are competitive and attractive to our customers in the private, corporate, fleet and government sector
To develop, implement and improve CRM activities to improve Customer Retention by proactively anticipating the changing customer needs demands
