The Superior Group is looking for a dedicated Academic Coordinator to join our Project Secretariat Department in Lahore. If you have a passion for academic management and student counseling, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee academic management across Superior Group of Colleges, including outstation campuses and franchises.
- Serve as an effective student counselor, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure quality assurance in academic programs and operations.
- Maintain excellent communication and coordination within the institution.
Requirements:
- Lahore-based position.
- Qualification: BS or equivalent, preferably in Science subjects, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- 2-3 years of experience in academics management or student counseling.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple campuses.
- Passion for education quality assurance and student success.
Salary: Starting from PKR 60,000/-

The Superior Group of Colleges is looking for a seasoned professional with an Army background, preferably a Retired Major or above, to join our team as the Head of Compliance & Security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance matters related to government regulations.
- Ensure adherence to legal and institutional policies.
- Manage and strengthen security operations across The Superior Group of Colleges.
- Develop and implement security protocols for staff and students’ safety.
Requirements:
- Army background (Retired Major or above preferred).
- Proven experience in compliance and security management.
- Strong understanding of government regulations and legal frameworks.
- Leadership skills to manage teams and security operations effectively.
Salary: PKR 250,000 – 300,000/-
