We’re Hiring – Regional Finance Manager
The Smart School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Finance Manager at our Southern Regional .
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Professional Accounting Qualification
Experience:
4–5 years of relevant experience in:
Budgeting & Forecasting
Funds Management
Vendor Management
ERP Implementation
Management Reporting
Dealing with Financial Institutions
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor the regional budget with monthly breakups
Conduct detailed receivables analysis and coordinate recovery follow-ups with the Sales Department
Review bookkeeping and financial records for the region
Manage regional fund projections and ensure smooth operational funding
Prepare financial presentations and reports for regional management
Compile and provide information related to legal matters
Prepare monthly financial statements and regional financial reports
Perform detailed variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and targets
Analyze campus strength trends and identify reasons for significant variations
Prepare feasibility studies and support business planning initiatives
Oversee financial management and reporting of company-owned campuses
Conduct financial orientation sessions and ROI analyses for NWAs
Ensure completeness and accuracy of NWA records
Review royalty billing, receipts, reconciliations, payroll, and withholding tax processes
Manage PDC handling and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies related to warehouse operations and supplies
