Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily furniture deliveries.
- Supervise delivery teams, drivers, and related operational staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers or retail locations.
- Optimise delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Inspect furniture before dispatch and upon return, where applicable.
- Identify damages, defects, missing parts, or quality concerns.
- Ensure products meet defined quality standards before delivery.
- Maintain delivery logs, inspection records, damage reports, and relevant documentation.
- Ensure GRN processing in the system and manage payment-related documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, and relevant internal teams.
- Perform any other task assigned by the management.
