Job Responsibilities:
- Support management in all communication-related activities and develop and execute a comprehensive Communication & PR strategy for the group.
- Create high-level public relations campaigns through various mediums such as videos, investment guides, websites, and presentations to enhance the group’s reputation and visibility.
- Develop a long-term communication strategy to tailor targeted messages for specific segments and target audiences nationally and internationally.
- Network and coordinate efforts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with organizational goals.
- Select materials to be published to maintain a consistent brand image and ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines.
- Assist each function of the organization in communicating internally and externally using appropriate tools and channels.
- Identify messages to be communicated, select effective communication mediums, and define communication objectives.
- Identify and engage local agencies for participant referrals, conduct regular outreach, and provide program orientations for recruitment into The City School Youth programme.
- Assist with the production of corporate social responsibility programs and community events to enhance the organization’s community engagement.
- Facilitate the professional development of the team and support them in meeting improvement targets.
