LOCATION: Karachi (PAF Chapter)
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
-Plan and deliver subject lessons in alignment with the CAIE O Level syllabus
-Prepare students for internal assessments and external O Level examinations
-Develop engaging, student-centered instructional materials and strategies
-Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide feedback
-Use past papers and exam-style activities to build exam readiness
-Maintain accurate student records and academic reports
-Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment
-Collaborate with academic coordinators and department heads on curriculum planning
-Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate regularly with parents
-Attend departmental meetings, in-service training, and school events
-Provide academic support and enrichment for both struggling and high-achieving students
-Perform any additional duties assigned by school management
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the relevant subject
-Certification or training in CAIE curriculum is preferred
-Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at O Level in a reputed institution
-Strong command of subject content and assessment criteria
-Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
-Ability to use technology and modern teaching tools to enhance learning

POSITION: OfficerAccounts
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
-Prepare and maintain Cash Head Imprest on a weekly basis, ensuring timely disbursement and reconciliation.
-Verify and audit all vouchers to ensure they are properly documented and authorized by the Principal or Head of the institution.
-Issue receipts for all non-tuition income and maintain relevant records.
-Prepare and update the Other Income Statement regularly and submit it to management.
-Maintain and update student profiles in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
-Conduct market surveys to ensure competitive pricing for procurement, as per the organization’s policy.
-Liaise with the bank regarding Head Imprest accounts and coordinate matters related to ERP billing.
-Provide ERP billing support, ensuring timely fee generation and adjustments.
-Serve as back-up to the Manager Accounts, particularly during critical months such as June and July.
-Assist in the student registration process, ensuring financial documentation is in order.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or related field.
-Professional certifications like ACCA or ICMA will be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
-3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, ERP systems, and school/institutional finance preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
-Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
-Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
-Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
