The City School is looking to fill the position of Senior Manager HR at their Head Office in Lahore.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of payroll processing systems for accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
- Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
- Provide strategic direction in developing pay, reward, recognition, and benefits strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure the adoption of best practices in reward and benefits strategies and policy compliance.
- Administer the process of employee resignation and absconding, including counselling and exploring retention possibilities.
- Oversee timely and accurate closure of full and final settlements as per company policy.
- Conduct exit interviews and handle exit formalities for voluntary and involuntary resignations.
- Supervise HR operations and specialized roles, ensuring efficient and effective execution of responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, internal audits, and confidentiality of department documents.
- Monitor HR operations and compliance across regions, ensuring adherence to approved policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular meetings with regional HR teams to maintain service quality and drive standards within the team.
- Foster an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and inclusion in alignment with the company’s strategic plan.
- Conduct presentations and training sessions to promote diversity awareness.
- Work on business process automation initiatives for HR functions to improve efficiency.

EXPERIENCE Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in similar position.
