Organization: The City School
Position: Head Master/Mistress (Grade 3 – 8)
Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university. Cambridge (CIE) certifications, PGDC diplomas & training’s are mandatory.
Experience: Overall experience of at least 8 years, including 5 years of teaching experience along with 2 years in school leadership role.
Job Location: Southern Region, Karachi.
Responsibilities
- Executing School Development Plan to achieve Academic excellence, Implementation of curriculum & increase in student strength with the help of Vice Principal/Principal.
- Supervising academic and co-curricular activities, including regular teacher planner checking, finalizing test papers and student records in collaboration vith Senior Mater/Mistress.
- Training, guiding and developing teachers to improve academic standards.
- Keeping a check on students’ performance by collaborating with eachers and parents via regular meet ups.
- Providing support to Principal/Vice Principal and Regional office for all types of academic matters.
- Technologically well versed, especially with ERP and MS Office will be a plus point.
